Healing with Natcha Yoga
Natcha Yoga has evolved over my 43 years of Dancing and Teaching as a way to prepare the body to dance, blending stretches from dance, yoga, and martial arts. It is designed to bring you out of your mind into the body, developing a healthy body to get beyond the body, to the soul, dancing.
Numerous disciplines from teachers I have studied with are incorporated into my teaching style, most notably Ta Kwon Do, Chang Moo Kwan, Bangkok Thailand, YMCA Gym, Instructor Master Kim Myong Soo; Tahi Chi Chun Club, Chinese YMCA, San Francisco, Master Choy Kam-Manyoga; grounding, breath and SIDDHA YOGA Mediation, Jazz Rec Russel, Maui, Dancers Workshop San Fransisco, Ann Helpburn, Hatha San Francisco.
Natcha Yoga Level One
(Dancers Yoga) preparing the body for The Dance or The Dance of life.
Three Principles
- Breath – bringing the body to peace through breath – awareness
- Grounding – aligning with the elements -body awareness
- Love – anchored in heart, beauty, and light
These three principles are encapsulated in your energy sphere.
> You will move through a series of gentle yoga postures and stretches
>You will learn how to go deeply in to a stretch to release oxytocin
White Belt will be presented with certification on passing the test.
Natcha Yoga Level Two

These three principles are incapsulated in your energy sphere.
> You will learn movements from the ancient cultures of India, Egypt, Turkey, and Mesopotamia, and Martial Arts from Korea and China blended gracefully with modern free spirited expression of celebration. Through the alignment of body, mind, and soul integrated with music.
>You will learn the peace that passes all understanding . . . bliss & sweetness
Brown Belt will be presented with certification on passing the test.
Natcha Yoga Level Three
Three Principles

- Grounding – aligning with the elements -body awareness
- Love -anchored in heart, beauty and light
These three principles are incapsulated in your energy sphere.
> You will learn to bring Natcha Yoga to a performance level
> Creating boundaries – pulling in good energy and keeping negative out
>Clearing emotions that no longer serve you, so you can dance freely
>Self Care – caring for the body as a Temple to dance and move freely in life
>The older you get the better you get with Natcha Yoga
Black Belt will be presented with certification on passing the test.
Teaching Certification is Available
Private study is available on location or on Skype (3 private workshops a week)
One fifteen minute, check in call per week
Monthly Tuition $2008
Testing Fee for each level $111.00
All testing is done at ADS (Ancient Dance School)
You can test to move to next level in a year or when you are ready.
This practice is based on mastering the Natcha Yoga repertoire and teachings
ADS (Ancient Dance School) stresses practice, practice, practice, and theory to prepare yourself for the day. You must complete the process yourself, we will support you to achieve this with Natcha Yoga, healing, mind, body, and soul.
